Kenny Elcock
VP Engineering, NESN
Kenny Elcock is VP of Engineering at the nation’s top regional sports network, New England Sports Network (NESN). He is responsible for designing and integrating network systems, delivering quality programming, and an enhanced game-time experience for viewers and fans of the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins.
A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Elcock grew up in the Virgin Islands. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in electrical engineering technology, he spent two decades as director of engineering and operations at major broadcast affiliates in the Atlanta, Indianapolis, Honolulu, and Boston markets. With advanced professional certifications in broadcast, television, and motion picture engineering, Elcock is at the forefront of designing next-gen production workflows and systems.
Outside the world of broadcast technology, Mr. Elcock is happiest spending time with his wife Leda and their adult children, Trevon and Rhea. He is also passionate about inspiring and mentoring the next generation of young engineers of color in technology and life.
JW Linkenauger
VP Advanced Advertising Support Operations, Sinclair Broadcast Group
Mr. J. W. Linkenauger has been Vice President of Advanced Advertising Support Operations at Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. since June 1, 2017. Mr. Linkenauger joined Sinclair in February 2014 as the Director Sinclair Advertising Support Operations. From 2000 to 2013, he served as Vice President of IT Solutions Delivery at CBS Corporation. From 1995 to 2000, he served as the Vice President of Application Development for Paramount Stations Group. Prior to that, he was the Local Sales Manager from 1990 to 1995 and National Sales Manager from 1987 to 1990 at WDCA-TV (UPN) in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Linkenauger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, TV and Film: Speech and Communications from University of Maryland.
Aaron Tunnell
Principal Business Development Manager, AWS
Aaron has worked as a Principal Business Development Manager at AWS for the last six years, where he helps customers from the Media and Entertainment industry on their journey to the cloud. Before AWS Aaron was a founder and CTO at Digital Video Group, a media and entertainment systems integrator firm.
Aaron enjoys mountain biking and burritos while trying to find the right balance between the two. (Burritos currently winning). His journey to technology started with a videogame, and he is excited to be raising a second generation of gamers ages 7 and 11. His family splits their time between central Virginia and the coast of North Carolina.
Steve Reynolds

Steve Reynolds is President of Imagine Communications, a global leader in multiscreen video and ad management solutions that broadcasters, networks, video service providers and enterprises around the world rely on to support their mission-critical operations. Steve brings more than 25 years of technology leadership in the cable industry to Imagine Communications.
At Comcast, he served as Senior Vice President of Premises Technology, overseeing the strategy, roadmap and development of all technologies employed in service delivery to the customer premises. Prior to Comcast, Steve was Senior Vice President of Technology at OpenTV Incorporated, a world leader in digital and interactive television technology. His cable industry experience also includes executive positions at ACTV Incorporated and Intellocity USA. Steve was a member of the technical team at TV Guide, leading development of the industry’s first interactive program guide for digital cable set-tops. Steve earned a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Widener University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from West Chester University. Steve is a member of the SCTE and has participated in numerous standards-making bodies in the cable and digital video industries. He holds over two dozen patents relating to digital video, interactive television and digital devices.
