Bio

Mike Laraia is the Chief Customer Officer for Imagine Communications. In this role, Mike is responsible for Customer Care, Consulting, Managed Services, Training and Professional Services.

Mike brings more than 30 years of technical, product and services leadership in the aerospace and cable industries to Imagine Communications. Before joining Imagine, Mike held program, product and services leadership positions at General Instrument and successor companies (Motorola Broadband and ARRIS), focusing on solution development, delivery and support. Prior to General Instrument, Mike held various positions on aircraft and spacecraft programs at Lockheed Martin.

Mike holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
