Mark Gagne

Mark Gagne is the Chief Financial Officer for Imagine Communications, responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the company’s financial operations and business planning.

A strategic operations and finance executive with 25+ years of international and multicultural experience, Mark brings to Imagine a proven track record of increasing revenue both organically and through acquisitions, while reducing costs.

Prior to joining Imagine, Mark was a partner in TechCXO’s Finance Practice, where he assisted a broad range of companies in software, internet and database technologies, SaaS, FinTech, hospitality, e-commerce and services as an interim and fractional CFO. He has served as CFO at both public and private companies throughout his career, including Availant, BridgeStreet Accommodations, CFRA and Mythic Entertainment. He also held the dual role of CFO and COO at CMGI, Clarus Corporation, Global Connections and Okinus Inc.

Mark began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen after graduating with honors from the University of Vermont.
