Barbara Lange is Principal and CEO of Kibo121, a boutique consultancy firm focused on guiding media tech companies in taking practical steps on their path to sustainability. 

Ms. Lange completed 12 successful years at SMPTE, the global professional association that supports the technical framework and professional community which makes quality motion imaging available to consumers in a variety of media formats.  As Executive Director, Ms. Lange was responsible for executing the SMPTE Board’s strategic vision to ensure continued relevance in a fast-paced global media technology ecosystem.  In 2021, Ms. Lange led the launch of SMPTE’s newest initiative, Rapid Industry Solutions, a concept that enables a proactive approach to solving industry problems across commercial and academic organizations.

Ms. Lange holds a BA in Chemistry and German from Washington and Jefferson College and completed the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  She has been recognized for her leadership by Washington & Jefferson College, the IEEE, StudioDaily50, and TVNewscheck’s 2020 Woman in Technology Award.  In 2021, she was honored by TVB Europe as a 2021 Technology Leader to Watch and by Broadcast & Cable with the 2021 Tech Leadership Award.

Jesse Janosky joined Insignia Event Services in early 2022 as Engineering Manager. Previously, Jesse operated as Broadcast Systems Design Engineer for a leading System Integrator, Alpha Video.  

Prior to Alpha Video, Jesse was Director of Broadcast Technologies for Texas A&M where he was a key advocate of the migrate and implementation of IP at Texas A&M Athletics.

Chief Broadcast Engineer, 12th Man Productions, Texas A&M University Athletics

Zack Bacon joined the Athletics Department in the summer of 2017 and took over as Chief Broadcast Engineer in November 2019. He is responsible for the technical operations, monitoring, and management of broadcast and big screen video systems for all Athletics venues. He is responsible for the direction and implementation of all new broadcast technologies for Texas A&M Athletics.

During his time at Texas A&M he has helped lead 12th Man Productions through a transition to ST 2110 while leveraging virtualization technologies for their infrastructure with the goal of creating a flexible and expandable environment to tackle ever changing requirements.

Cassidy Phillips

VP Networking Solutions Architecture, Imagine Communications

Since the ratification of the SMPTE ST-2110 standard, Cassidy has specialized in SDI, IP, and hybrid video systems using the standard for live events, sports, broadcast media, and distributed campuses.

Before moving into system design, Cassidy worked in air-affecting operations roles at KEZI (ABC affiliate), DirecTV (Los Angeles Broadcast Center), and Newscorp (Fox News, Fox Business) for a combined twelve years.

Cassidy has been integral in several successful COTS 2110 IP and hybrid IP router and networking projects and is an industry expert in IP and hybrid IP workflows for video.

Steve Reynolds

Steve Reynolds is President of Imagine Communications, a global leader in multiscreen video and ad management solutions that broadcasters, networks, video service providers and enterprises around the world rely on to support their mission-critical operations.

Steve brings 25 years of technology leadership in the video industry to Imagine Communications. He has served as the CTO at Imagine Communications and Harris Broadcast, Senior Vice President of Premises Technology at Comcast, Senior Vice President of Technology at OpenTV, and CTO at Intellocity USA.

Steve earned a MS in Computer Engineering from Widener University and BS in Computer Science from West Chester University. As the Chairman of the AIMS Alliance and a member of SMPTE and SCTE, he has participated in numerous standards-making bodies in the cable and digital video industries. Steve also holds over 40 patents relating to digital video, content security, interactive television and digital devices.
