By submitting a purchase order, signing the Quote, or placing an order via the Imagine Communications eCommerce website, the Customer agrees that these terms and conditions will govern the supply by the Seller (Note: eCommerce orders are supplied by Imagine Communications Corp. and the purchase by the Customer of the Equipment, Software licenses and/or Services described in the Quote, purchase order and/or the eCommerce website).
