Terms of Purchase

The following terms and conditions provide Imagine Communications Corp. suppliers with the guidelines and legal stipulations of our purchase order contract and are the Terms and Conditions for all Imagine Communications purchase orders. This Purchase Order (“Order”) is Imagine Communications Corp.’s (“Purchaser”) offer to purchase from Seller the goods and/or services which are described on the face of the Order. Contractual agreements that are in place between supplier organizations and Imagine Communications will typically supersede the Terms & Conditions listed below.  Refer to contract documents for clarification.
