Seasoned pro brings 25 years of experience leading major broadcast technology brands

Imagine Communications announces the appointment of industry veteran Kyle Luther to the position of vice president, Americas sales. In his new role, Luther will be responsible for driving the sales strategy for Imagine’s leading-edge portfolio of playout and networking solutions, fostering customer engagement and strengthening the company’s position across the region.

Luther brings to Imagine more than 25 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry and a deep understanding of the playout and video technology sector. Prior to joining Imagine, Luther held sales leadership positions with a veritable who’s who of broadcast technology brands, including Ross Video, Grass Valley and TVU Networks. His impressive career includes a proven track record of leading sales teams to greater market impact and driving double-digit sales growth.

Steve Reynolds

Steve brings 25 years of technology leadership in the video industry to Imagine Communications. He has served as the CTO at Imagine Communications and Harris Broadcast, Senior Vice President of Premises Technology at Comcast, Senior Vice President of Technology at OpenTV, and CTO at Intellocity USA.

Steve earned a MS in Computer Engineering from Widener University and BS in Computer Science from West Chester University. As the Chairman of the AIMS Alliance and a member of SMPTE and SCTE, he has participated in numerous standards-making bodies in the cable and digital video industries. Steve also holds over 40 patents relating to digital video, content security, interactive television and digital devices.
