In this SVG Summit 2025 case study, IMS Productions shares how they pivoted from SDI infrastructure to building five ST 2110 IP trucks under extreme time pressure ahead of the NTT IndyCar Series season open.
Rather than a full rebuild, the team focused investment on the core of the truck, creating headroom for new broadcast demands, a smaller footprint, and long-term scalability. The result: a live, proven IP system that delivered and scaled quickly.
