Rodrigo Oliveira serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Imagine Communications, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, day-to-day operations, and business planning. In addition to his financial oversight, Rodrigo plays a pivotal role in the management of Imagine’s HR, IT, and Legal teams, driving cross-functional collaboration to support the company’s growth and strategic goals.

Rodrigo is a seasoned executive and a proven change agent with two decades of experience in finance and international business. He has successfully built and led high-performing finance, accounting, and procurement teams across diverse industries, including telecommunications, B2B services, and technology. His expertise spans financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, and navigating complex regulatory environments, including IFRS and GAAP.

Before joining Imagine Communications, Rodrigo was CFO of Sencinet (a BT carve-out), the world’s second-largest provider of satellite communications, internet, and connectivity solutions for businesses. He has also held senior leadership positions at British Telecom, including CFO, where he played a crucial role in the company’s growth strategies and global expansions. Rodrigo has a strong track record of driving profitability and operational efficiency through strategic financial management and innovation.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and German, Rodrigo’s global perspective is further strengthened by his studies in international leadership at The Wharton School and executive education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
