Remote Management (RM) – You purchase a license and support contract separately and host the Imagine instance yourself. The Managed Services team manages and administers your Imagine instance and associated database remotely.
Managed Services (MS) – You’ll still purchase a license and support, but the Managed Services team will host and manage the Imagine instance and associated database.
Subscription – This is an all-inclusive offering, including a single subscription price for software, support, solution hosting, administration, upgrades, updates, etc.
